REVIVE OUR HEARTS RETREATS

JOIN US ONLINE

Once a month on Wednesdays we hold an online manuscript Bible study called LOVE Scripture. It’s free and welcome to everyone. We also hold a similar meeting called LEAD scripture aimed at helping to equip leaders in teaching the Bible.

Here we go in depth to help us fall in love with Gods word by using techniques developed for studying manuscripts to help us unpack and understand the fullness of scripture.

6:30pm Central Eastern Time (CET)

Hosted on Zoom + Miro

THE VISION

We want to see Gen Z be equipped to understand and go deeper into The Bible. We know that studying the Word is one of the best ways to grow deeper in love with Jesus and hungrier for revival.

Our weekly meeting is a rhythm of study and community with people from across Europe. We’ll teach you and collaborate on unlocking more of the depth of Gods written word.

TESTIMONIES
A top leader in global Bible translation stood up after a Taste & See experience and said, "I never knew we could have this kind of interaction with God, the Word, and each other like we did just now... we're going to need to change how we do things here."

WHAT IS MANUSCRIPT BIBLE STUDY?

Manuscript study is technique that helps to break down a piece of Scripture. we use the equivalent of digital coloured pencils and sticky notes on an online whiteboard tool called Miro to make observations, ask questions and connect both our head and our heart when we study. Typically we use 3 phases:

OBSERVE

First we Observe. We gather all the facts and clues from the text, the background and history from the context. We want to know what did the original inspired author say?

INTERPRET

Second, we Interpret. We write questions and ask them, trying to figure out “What did this message mean to the original audience?”

APPLY

Third, we Apply. The core message of that text means something to us today as well. The Bible is applicable to our daily lives.
