Revive Europe exists to see global revival in the student generation. Through catalytic events, investment in emerging leaders, and fueling movements where God is at work, we are passionate about seeing students encounter Jesus, be empowered, and step boldly into their calling. We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to help us steward this vision effectively.
The Role
The Chief of Staff will serve as a key right-hand leader to our Executive Director, Sarah Breuel, ensuring that our internal operations, team culture, and strategic initiatives are well-executed. Sarah is a visionary, relationship-driven leader, and this role requires someone with complementary strengths in organizational leadership, team management, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Leadership & Team Management

Lead internal team operations, ensuring alignment with Revive Europe’s vision and goals.

Oversee team rhythms, including staff meetings, internal communication, and goal tracking.

Foster a healthy, mission-driven team culture by ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and encouragement.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director, offering insight and problem-solving support.

Lead the development of internal workflows and processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Strategic Execution & Project Management

Take high-level vision from the Executive Director and translate it into concrete plans and initiatives.

Oversee key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear.

Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team effectiveness and momentum.

Work closely with department leads to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
3. Operational & Administrative Oversight

Support financial, HR, and operational processes, working with relevant staff and partners.

Ensure strong internal systems and structures, helping the team operate smoothly.

Provide strategic input on budgeting, hiring, and resource allocation.

Lead efforts in data protection compliance, ensuring best practices in handling sensitive information and reinforcing security protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in organizational leadership, project management, or team operations.

Background in ministry, non-profit leadership, or event management is a plus.

Strong ability to work with visionary leaders and translate ideas into executable strategies.

Familiarity with Christian student ministry and global revival movements.

Knowledge of data protection and security best practices.

Ability to work flexibly in a remote, fast-paced environment.
